The LumberJack Championship is at 12:00 noon on Saturday September 8th . Some of our most famous West Virginia lumberjack competitors will be participating.

There will be music all day Saturday and Sunday afternoon at the Romney Fire Hall. There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks provided by different vendors. We will have a better variety than ever before.

A variety of craft vendors will market their goods all weekend. Romney Fire Hall will be sponsoring a Buckwheat Cake breakfast on Saturday Sept. 8th from 8 A.M. to 1 P.M. and will sell Country Ham Sandwiches on Saturday night at the Fire Hall.

A West Virginia Wildlife exhibit will be held on Saturday at the Bank of Romney Community Building from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Our annual parade will take place Saturday Sept. 8th at 5:00 P.M. Lineup is 4:00P.M in the town of Romney.
